Property tax cases take from 2 to 3 years to complete.  Due to high personnel turnover in large accounting firms, it is not uncommon to have as many as five different lead consultants working on an account.  Each subsequent consultant has to pick up where the previous one left off so effective case management is compromised.   Unlike other consultants, GLB tax analysts are contractually bound by each case assigned to them.  In other words, our senior analysts are permanently assigned to your account.   Property tax is our primary business and our consultants answer to their own bottom line, so there is no conflict of interest with other business units.   Each of these seasoned professionals has at least 10 years of California property tax experience.
